I love Nubian Heritage body wash and scrubs they are great.
I alternate the soap and wash I cant use anything else.

I second Labett... I love the Nubian Heritage Mango Body Butter Scrub with Honey and Cornmeal (the scent is just wonderful)

How do you use yours? I have a few from the Body Shop that I got as gifts, but it seems like I have to use the whole tub to cover my body. Do you use a washcloth? I used some exfoliating gloves with it before, but that seems like it is just over doing it and may be too harsh for the skin.

I just use my hands for scrubs because it makes the hands soft and its easier to work with

Since using the nubian heritage line I get A LOT of compliments on how polished my skin looks or asked if im using a bronzer. I use the body scrub in combo with their Mango Butter Body Wash w/Shea Butter & Cocoa Butter and the Body Butter Lotion with Mango and Shea Butter

I used to use the ones from the body shop but a lot are salt based and that dries out my skin, another good one is from the regular drug store called Totally Juicy sugar scrub I bought it last year when I was on vacation and it works good

has any one tried the body scrubs from carol's daughter?...i've used the mango body scrub from the body shop and it was kinda oily...it worked good though.

The Body SHop makes great ones.So does Totally Juicy.I love their Grapefruit one!
