I was trying to send you a private message but I got a message that u aren't accepting private messages. I just wanted to say that you've been such an inspiration w/the weight training. Eventhough I'm not doing it competitively, I am starting to love lifting weights. The results come so quickly, and I like the fact that I feel strong and I feel great when I can lift a little heavier or do an extra set of whatever.
My questions to you have to do w/protein. I was wondering if you minded taking a look at my diet to see if you think I'm getting enough protein. I can email it to you if that's cool, lemme know... if you "ain't" got time, I understand. Also, what is your opinion of the high protein bars? I saw some in the market that were by Powerbar, they had something like 24 grams of protein. Just curious. Talk to you soon. Thanks

I am not familiar with the high protein poewer bars, I remember I never liked the regular ones /forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif. There is a new bar on the market I am loving now. Its called Detour bar. Its by the same company that makes Designer Whey. These things are the Bomb-diggity! 21g of carbs, 32 protein, 9 fat. They are like Snickers bars.
