I don't know if anyone mentioned this workout on the old board...
It's a great workout that targets all the muscles and gets yor heart rate up. What I like most is 1) I can do it at home and 2) NO JUMPING! My 36 yr old bones can't handle all that hopping around anymore /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I really like this workout, walking and my Slim in 6 DVDs. I'm trying to drop 30-40 lbs. Again. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Cut and pasted from the T-Tapp site:
"It is difficult to describe but it incorporates dance theory, tai chi, yoga, Pilates, isometrics and traditional Western strength training. It is completely non-impact. You can do it in the privacy of your home in three square feet of space, standing up."

This was mentioned on the old board but I didn't find out if it worked for the original poster. Even after going to the website, I was still unclear about it.
Thanks for providing the description. I would be very interested in finding out if if works for you. I'm always wary of the so-called
testimonials they provide on such sites.

Vevster,
I have the t-tapp B/R workout. I did a 10 day bootcamp and when I did not lose any inches, I stopped. I found t-tapp harder than any excerise I've every done and I was disappoint when I did not lose any inches. Could you please post your results so far with t-tapp, maybe I need to give it another try.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you Hot Chocolate. TTApp does tighten the muscles.. but after much trial and error I am going to do cardio for a while to lose major weight then do ttapp to train my muscles. I know a girl who worked with a trainer and she lost at several sizes by doing cardio for a whole YEAR then incorporating her weight training.
I do plan on doing PBS before my cardio to get into fat burning quicker. This is what I feel is the best way to go for me. I have major weight to lose. I have done every other system: Taebo, The Firm and I feel ttapp is the best for toning.

I love TTAPP!!
HOw was your form, you really have to have almost perfect form for ttapp. Were you tucked as hard as you could be, were your feet str8 ahead, did you hold your tummy in? Alot of times, those are peoples problem areas. I'll post the tip site, when I find it.
I lost 10"in a week. HOnestly. I'm doing another bootcamp and will be more than happy to share my before after results and such.

HoneyHips,
I have to admit my form wasn't perfect, but I thought I was doing a good job. I had everything tucked and my feet were straight although more so slanted on the sides so that I could be KLT. When are you starting another bootcamp? How long will your bootcamp be?. I look forword to hearing about your results. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

What do you mean by slanted? WEre they slanted like you were sloo-foot (sp) or slanted so that your feet 'rolled' over. It is ok if your feet roll over, and as you get stronger you'll be able to put your feet flat. But they should never be slanted out, like you are slew-foot. Did that make sense? Are you A-A. Teresa said in a conference once that A-A women, really need to force themselves to bend deep and push those knees out. At first I was kinda pushing my legs (shins) out and Teresa said it wasn't enough. Also, your body should feel kinda tense throughout the workout. That is how it feels when all of your muscles are engaged. I noticed a difference when I stopped pushing KLT w/ my kneew but w/ my hip joint. It is almost like you are rolling your hips out, and your knees will follow automatically. Just in case you ever want to start the tips again. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Oh, and another thing ppl were noticing was that if you measure right after your bootcamp you maybe a little swollen. I didn't notice my initial inch loss until a week after my 7 day bootcamp.
Anyhoo, I started my bootcamp Sunday nite. I already feel refreshed. It is sooo hard for me to get started w/ working out, but once I do I am so motivated. The thing is I can't skip a day or I quit. I am going to do a 14day bootcamp. I'm going to try and do 2 workouts a day. We'll see how that goes. I'll definitely keep you posted.
