I SAW THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES and i must say i am impressed. 12 weeks doesnt seem that long to transform your body and what he says seems to be sound. i heard on a health show that working out in the morning revs up your metabolism and helps you burn fat throughout the day and it seems that the author of this book agrees and i know many ladies here agree too. also i think 12 weeks is a good amount of time to build muscle burn fat and resculpt your body. i saw the body challenge on discovery health and in 16 weeks some of the people lost 40lbs and dropped their bmi by significant numbers. although i dont really have a lot to lose maybe 10-15lbs i really want to resculpt my body which i believe this may work. has anybody tried this program or know anyone who has? God bless you all.

I actually never heard of Body for life until your post. I went to the webpage and the results look amazing, almost unrealistic!! The pictures were so small, I wanted to see bigger pictures, just to confirm the people were the same on the before and the after!!

Hi! I did the body-for-life program...loved it! Haven't stopped working out since. My pics aren't as amazing as the ones on the site (lol), but if you'd like to see 'em, here they are: My BFL/Atkins Journey (http://www.geocities.com/lovinlowcarb/myjourney.html)

BTW, I did the body-for-life workouts, but did Atkins nutrition.

Way to go, Breeze!!! You are so disciplined and you look great (although you were pretty when heavier too!. I love Atkins but Im not disciplined enough to take it past the Induction phase. Keep up the good work...soon your hair will be tailbone length!!! Wont the hubby be pleased then?

Caramela, click on 'champion tips' then click on one of the tips of the individuals to get big pics.

This is really inspirational....
