View Full Version : Last Night I Didn't Go To Sleep........Is it Safe to Workout this evening?

I was up alllll night doing work and I think I got about 20-30 minutes of sleep in at the most. I'm supposed to be working out this evening and I planned to do 40 minutes cardio and 25 or so minutes of weights.

I really don't wanna pass out or go dizzy or nothing crazy like that so I just wanted to see if anyone here knew if it would be ok to work out today, or should I just do light weights and safe the cardio for tomorrow?

If you must workout, be safe and stick to the weights. When I've done an all nighter, it usually hits me really hard late afternoon or early evening.

Definitely, get a good night sleep tonight!

Sleep is so important... I think you should eat light today and go to bed early tonight.

Yeah I know what you mean. I thought I would be all sleepy and stuff this morning/afternoon but I was running around doing this and that, cleaning up, reorganizing my house. I was thinking to myself ':perplexed:spinning: what's wrong with me.....why am i not knocked out sleep?' lol. I believe I WILL feel it tonight
