B-12 sublingual

Has anyone tried them? I read about B-12 shots and drops, but I was wondering if you can get the same results (energy and weight loss) from the sublingual tablets.

absolutely! its the only thing that has kept me in a high energy state working 16 hour days. i wouldnt have been able to make it without them. get the liquid variety though

I really like sublingual B. I didn't think it would work, but now can tell when I haven't taken it. I too prefer the liquid type. It doesn't taste great, but not terrible either. The flavor has grown on me. I think it is also easier to hold the liquid under your tongue and then swallow it, than to wait for the residue of a pill to shake loose from under your tongue -yuck.

Yep, I used to take them and it gave me lots of energy. I need to get back on them.

Thanks for the feedback ladies. I'd already purchased the tablets so I will be taking those starting tomorrow morning. I wanted to get the liquid, but I only saw it for B complex, not the B-12 itself. I wasn't sure if that would have made a difference or not.

I will have to report back and let you all know how things are working out for me.
