Interesting program full of common sense. I'll be watching it weekly to see what's what. Portion control, eat what you want,eat when hungry, put down that fork!

Hi Pretty Haitian

The 4 Golden Rules:

1) When you're hungry, eat!
2) Eat what you want!
3) Eat Consciously
4) When you're full, stop!

Suggestions:
Eat slowly
Chew 20 times
Eat with no Distractions
Put the knife and fork down between bites
Try to experiment and eat with your eyes closed
To gauge hunger be in the middle of the hunger scale not the physically faint or ravenous or stuffed, bloated or nauseous.
Write down 5 foods that you love and make a grocery list of those foods.

I know for a fact that this works. I learned about this form "the secret". And those times that I stopped dieting and did this, I lost weight effortlessly. Its like you not obsessed with food, since you're not restricted from it. I am so excited about this show, and will definitely be watching the entire season.

Thanks, I wrote it down at home but couldn't remember. I think eating slower does help your metabolism. Also stopping when you feel full is key. I only feel stuffed once/twice a year at best. I despise that feeling and go out of my way to avoid it.

i'll definitely be tuning in to this show! i missed over half of it last nite, but i know they'll rerun it, it was very interesting and a good common sense approach to weight loss

I did not see it, PrettyHaitian..should have searched harder. Definitely did not remember them all exactly but I understood the concept..makes so much sense. I'm cancelling my future NUTRISYSTEM orders..I'd really like to just eat what I want to in the ways the program suggested.

Azul..thanks..I need to write this down and check out the suggested web page too.
