I just saw a woman whose face looked forty and whose neck looked 65, so this is a just a reminder. When you are cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, doing all of those facials and using sunscreen and whatnot PLEASE treat your neck too. :yep:

Yep, Yep! I rub my neck down with witch hazel and then slather shea butter on it and the abnormal darkness and dryness has disappeared. The neck has a tendency to get very dry and it needs all the moisture it can get.

But sometimes it's the sag (turkey neck) that's usually the start of an aging neck so a little exercise won't hurt: http://www.shapeyourface.com/exercise_four.htm

That is some of the best skincare advice besides using sunscreen. The neck is like the ring on a tree. It's a dead giveaway.

I heart you so much for always posting about facial exercises. Although I haven't done it yeah (booooo) I would really like to try it.
