I am currently doing the MC and have used the rawfoodsite forum as a system of support. I have purchased the e-book titled "Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Feel Happier in 10 Days" by Peter Glickman (founder of the site). In it he included a section called The 12 Most Common Pitfalls during the MC. I don't know if this is the same book you're talking about but IMHO, it wasn't worth purchasing because most of the info in the book can be found by browsing thru the forum. If you don't feel like reading all the posts on there (for free:grin:) then feel free to purchase the e-book but I don't think it's necessary.
