her Fall 2008 collection. Kelly Nishimoto is a very talented designer, a sweet person, and an old school skater like myself!:grin: She opened LA's fashion week with a bang on the main stage! Style icon, Andre Leon Tally gave her fall collection the thumbs up. Which means her clothing will be in the major stores next year. Here are some pics:

That's so cool. I go to design school in NY (Yes, THAT one), and we went to Fashion Week for a fieldtrip and it was so much fun! It's pretty much the exact same set up because I was thinking, "Wait, I have a picture in front of that and I've never been to Cali". Much success to your friend, I know how hard it is and how much it costs to even be considered for a tent. The prospect makes me want to drop out every day...
