Shapely Secrets, anyone?

A long time ago I saw the infomercial for Shapely Secrets and was intrigued by its claims and testimonies. So I ordered it off of ebay because I read that ordering straight from their website (www.ShapelySecrets.com) costs too much and takes forever.

The infomercial says that you can lose up to 14 lbs and 1 size in 14 days by doing motionless exercize, and it only takes 7 minutes a day. I was very skeptical when I put in the DVD, but it really is only 7 minutes!

I don't have a scale, but in two weeks I lost 1 1/4 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my arms, 2 inches in my thighs and 3 inches in my hips! During this time, I still ate the same (not too fattening, but not too healthy either) I had to stop after a few weeks cause I got preggo and suffered from SPD, so I could hardly walk. But now that I had my baby, I'm ready to start back up this Saturday and I can't wait!

Has anyone else tried or heard of Shapely Secrets?

I heard it was like body flex and no breathing. I haven't tried it, though.

Back in '95 or was it 98? I used to use Body Flex. Its creator Greer Childs designed Body FLex in the 90's then now has re-done the program and called it Shapely Secrets. It was the most easiest thing to do and quick.

I used to do Body Flex and all it was, was standing or in position, exhaling through the mouth until all air is out the lungs, inhaling through the nose, pushing the air back out through the mouth, holding breath for 8 seconds at the same time bringing your belly button to the spine and executing a position. The plan told me to avoid red meat, drink 8-10 glases of water a day and do the workout. I did not change my diet and except for red meat and dont remember losing a thing, maybe a few inches.

Tried this for at least one month. I may try it again if I dont want it I can return it.
