I read the reviews on here from the ladies on HIP because I didn't want to spend on MAC but wanted the same pigment for our complexion, espec. if I could get the same from a cheaper brand. I'm glad I listened. These colors are sharp!

Please search this forum for a thread where someone broke down the HIP, Milani and NYX colors that matched MACs. That was my guide. It says something like drugstore knockoffs, if my memory serves me and also Revlon Color Stay shadows they responded to my thread.

I'm not disappointed and I wait for CVS or Wal-Greens to have a BOGO on them! :yep:

i work for mac and i am very happy that i found these shadows....i will get them all when the BOGO comes back around

I love them too. I picked up two new duos today. Lively and Devious. I wanted to play around with the greens. I have many of their other duos that I just love!! I don't think you will be disappointed Sumismommy.

I love the HIP duos and have most of them, except the ones that look very similar...like its pink and brown but the shades are almost identical to another duo I already have. The only one that kind of let me down is the purple in flamboyant....its kind of chalky and doesnt apply or blend well, and doesnt show up the vibrant purple it is in the package. The other ones have been very true to color. I love them.

I love the paints and eye crayons too as a base, it makes the color pop more and stay on longer.

And I love the cream eyeliner.

You will not be disappointed by HIP at all, the pigments and staying power are great I love that I can mismatch it with my MAC products

Thanks ladies I p/u saucy and the cream liner as a everyday eye. They where buy one get one 1/2 off. I'm goingto try to hold out for the bogo to get more colors.
