im only logging food intake for 1 week tuesday 3/4/08 to 3/11/08 but will keep logging exercises!

mon 3/3/08 burned 320cals walking on an incline on the TM...took a 45 min spinning class after that.


Tuesday 3/4/08

Exercise: could only complete the 1st 15 mins of firms standing legs bcos i was sick

Breakfast:AM
1/4 cup cap n crunch with 1/2 cup skim milk
1 serving pineapple
1 small orange
4oz jay robb protein shake
1.5 hard boiled eggs
8 oz water

Snack
1 nectarine
1 6oz 99% fat free cherry yogurt( it had cherry in it)
8oz water

Lunch
1 serving pineapple
1/2 chicken rotisserie drumstick
4oz croaker fish baked with tomato sauce
40z water

Snack
2 multigrain cakes (maple brown sugar) @ 50 cal/cake

Lunch
1 serving fish
20 grapes

midday snack
1/2 handful of pistachios and cashews with 5 saltfree crackers

no dinner...wasnt hungry

I used to run on the TM last summer and i started building endurance which was really low at 1st.(hate aerobics...lol) I had to stop though when my knee started bothering me. I missed that jog/run so i decided to do so today and lemme just say I feel "high":grin::grin::grin:...lol....I even felt like I pushed extra hard during spinning class which I took immediately after getting off the TM.
Once i get my finances right, im definitely gonna invest in some quality RUNNING shoes.

30 mins on the Treadmill (TM) alternating between fast jogs/run and walking on at maximum incline(15) at 3.7
1.92 miles, 207 cals
