I did amazingly well with my last BFL challenge but unfortunately family issues came in and took over my life and I did not make time for me anymore. Well I realize I need to putme 1st so I am jumping back into BFL starting Monday 3/10. Anyone interested in joining this journey with me? The 13 week challenge will end Sunday 6/08. Updates will be weekly.

I'd be willing to do it with you. I've done it twice already, and it really works. I will focus this time around on gaining a bit more definition in my arms, legs, and abs. :yep:
I am in Japan, so I would log in at a different time than you, but I will check in. I'm willing to support and encourage, and it's nice to have someone to do the challenge with.

I'm in :yep:. I am currently doing a personal firm 4-wk challenge and then I'll follow up with a 4wk turbo jam personal challenge. I'm trying to tighten and firm as well. I decided that if I can tone my waist, I won't kill myself to get to my ultimate goal of 142 lbs (I'm 5'7). BFL is great and I need to stay on track with my eating.

I just saw this thread! I got a challenge packet in the mail, so I will be joining you guys officially. My chiropractor has really helped me with my back issues that kept me form participating the last couple of times. I will just be off schedule with you guys by a couple of weeks because I will be visiting my parents for 9 days starting 3.16. I will be working out, though not at the gym. I will also be trying to eat clean most of the time. I gotta go to PF Changs and Dolce while I'm there, so there goes two meals:lick:. Anyway, I'm with you guys this time, so count me in!

Thank you. I have a couple of questions. What brand of bread do you eat? Do you eat plain yogurt?

Does anyone do their HIIT on the treadmill? If so, what speeds do you use for the 20 minutes?

Thank you. I have a couple of questions. What brand of bread do you eat? Do you eat plain yogurt?
If I eat bread, it's Arnold's high fiber bread..it has 5 g of fiber per slice, and most bread only has 2-3 g per slice.
I don't eat plain yogurt, b/c I just don't like plain yogurt. I eat fiber one yogurt NOW, but before it came out, I was eating any old yogurt that had no sugar added or no more than 15 g of carbs.
and as for the HIIT....I actually never did that  I just walked on the treadmill or outside. My treadmill was bought used and sometimes the tread sticks :lachen:so I wouldn't want to be running and then all of a sudden BAM, I hit the wall or something I DO do the weights as they are supposed to be done.
ETA: for HIIT..it's also based on what YOUR personal levels. A level 9 for me might only be a level 5 for you, so don't go by anyone else.
I'm in, but I don't want to wait till June. I'd like to start soon. We can do our own challenge and then the ladies can officially join BFL when the new rounc starts-if they want.

Thanks for the info. I asked about the bread because I thought I saw in your menu a turkey sandwich. I'll have to look for Arnold's high fiber bread. I don't eat plain yogurt either. It is just nasty to me. I do try to stick to low carbs if I eat it. I haven't had it in a long time. I'll have to pick some up tonight. Thanks again!
