I just couldn't shake this drowsy feeling today. After getting my oldest child off to school, I crawled back into bed with the baby, since she and the toddler were still asleep. I stayed in bed until almost 10am!!! It was such a fight to get out of bed. I swear if it weren't for the kids...So I made breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of buttered whole wheat toast, o.j. and a tall glass of h2o. I still felt like crap. I wanted to do my Tae Bo workout but, just didn't feel like I had the energy. I contemplated just forcing myself, but then I thought I had better listen to my body. I ate a big spoon of peanut butter to see if the protein would make a diff in my energy level, which it didn't....:( feeling a little discouraged today. Oh, well. I think I'm going to go to bed EARLY tonight and start off fresh tomorrow. Thanks for reading, wish me luck!
