Anyone know how to make their own exfoilation scrub??

I don't know how to make one with oats, but baking soda and a mild cleanser like Cetaphil makes a great scrub for your face. Sugar and whatever type of oil you have is great for the body. I've sugar and baby oil and it's worked well.

My old faithful is cornmeal, lemon juice, honey and olive oil.

Seems fair enough. I need a cheap way to exfoliate my skin. I also wanna try to make a sugar scrub for my scalp as well. :)

ditto on the sugar and oil combo. I use it once to twice a week, before i go to bed, and i can't keep my hands off of my face. The feeling is amazing!

There's a health food store here called Earth Fare that allows you to make your own body scrub. I'm thinking about trying it out. I'd like to make my own exfoliator.
