I want to buy one of the Smashbox Primers but there are three formulas: the original, one with Dermaxyl and the light formula.

The one with Dermaxyl helps with reducing "the appearance of fine lines and pores for visibly softer skin". I don't have any lines, but I do have large pores on my cheeks.

The light formula is for people with acne or sensitive skin and is oil free which might be helpful b/c my T-Zone usually gets shiny as the day goes on.

I don't know which one to get b/c they both have properties that might be useful to me.

Does anyone have either of these? How does it work for you? Any help is appreciated.

I have the original, clear one. A little goes a long way. Sometimes I don't have to wear anything over it (pressed powder, etc). It zapps shine for me.

I say buy it and try it. Sephora takes stuff back.

Same here. Its my saving grace. I shine like patent leather without it.

I have the photofinish....it works pretty well...Ulta also has the 1/2 size so that you don't have to commit to guying the regular size....they also will take returns if you don't like it....
