Veggie Pattie sandwiches...Yum, yum and Costco or Sam's Club?

Okay, I love the Veggie Patties at Subway but they were getting a bit expensive, costing about $3.4+ a day. I wasn't having that so I went to the grocery store and bought three packs of Morning Star Asian (can't remember the rest) and Spicy Black Bean Patties. They were about $5 for 4. So, I got 3 which makes it out to be about $15. So that is about $1.75 per patti, then I got a bag of Spinach, some cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and Dijon Mustard.

So, all in all I think I came out less than if I had bought it at Subway but I want to know: Are there any good veggie patties at Costco or Sam's Club?

I don't know about veggie patties at Sam's Club or Costco's. I also usually eat the Morningstar Farms Spicy Black bean veggie burgers and those are the LICK!!!! Deeeeelish!! :lick:

But at Costco's you can get the Trident Seafood Salmon burgers. When I tell you, you do not need to do anything to those bad boys but put them in a skillet with some olive oil spray and in 8 mins they are done!!!!! They are perfectly seasoned and I put them on a low carb whole wheat bun, some lettuce and tomato and that's it - HEAVEN!! and if I have some avocado slices I can add - DOUBLE HEAVEN!!!! Try them - I swear you will fall in love! :grin:

Thanks, I am definitely going to look into it. Who knows, they may even be less calories than the veggie burgers. I wonder if I can just mike em, but I usually put about an ounce of mozarella cheese on two wheat buns and toast them in the oven so I guess I can put the Salmon burgers in the oven also.

About how much does a pack cost and how many are in them?

At Costco's, they are either 11 in a bag and $15.99 or 15 in a bag and $11.99 - don't remember which:lachen:.

If you want to buy a smaller box to try, my local Pathmark sell it in the freezercase by the fish dept - 4 patties in a box for $5.99
