According to 2 that I just did,

I am overweight with a 37% body fat for one of them
For another one, I need to lose 34 lbs!

I weigh 128! Are they telling me that i need to go down to below 100lbs?!
what is this foolishness?

Personally, I don't put too much stock in the BMI. It's not a bad tool, per say, but I prefer to have my actual body far calculations. BMI does not take into consideration a person's lean mass(muscles), so If you have a lot of lean mass, your BMI will be high. I know bodybuilders don't like that BMI because it puts most of them at the overweight or even obese level entirely based on weight. If I were you, I would get an accurate body fat percentage and go by that.

I use this website. You can also change your body frame. Hope this gives you a better ideal because the numbers seem to be more logic to me than any other website I have came across.
