DAY 57- UPPER BODY WORKOUT - COMPLETED :grin:
EXTRA CARDIO:

Biggest Loser Cardio Max

Alright Ladies,

I LOVE the biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD- It consists of a 6 wk program with 3 levels which progress in intensity every 2 wks. I thought I was big and bad and started with Level 2 which kicked my butt!!! But I so need that in my LIFE! I am losing inches but after a while the pounds need to go as well and I am going to be sticking with this in addition to the upper and lower body workouts. It is very challenging for me and I am too excited. Can't you tell :spinning::yep:!

Only 3 wks left ladies- Let's give it our best for the remainder of our fight!!!! We can make a major difference in the next 3 weeks!!!!!

I'm glad you got the chance to try out the DVD!! I was pretty sore the day after. Bob works you hard!! :grin:

I'm in love :blush:- Jillian was worse than Bob- I'm kinda nervous about the other female at level 3. At which level did you start?

:grin: I was so glad to see someone start the week's thread. I started to think we wasn't gonna finish up. Just 3 more weeks!

Lower Body

I see my waist shrinking...! Others are noticing it too. :D The small of my back is carved out nicely. But my sides aren't losing fat like I would like. And my upper body carries the most weight and therefore loses last. So I need more cardio and to pay more attention to what I'm eating. :yep:

I'm gonna have to look into this Biggest Loser Cardio Max... :scratchch

I like Jillian too, but when Bob had me doing those push ups, I was like help me!! :lachen:

I did all 3 levels. :grin: You know I'm on a time table. :lachen::lachen:I've got a week. :blush:

This morning, I also did The Firm cardio toning which was challenging as well!

Beautiful job!!! Keep it going. I'm fighting with my sides as well but we can shrink those handles!

BTW, BEWARE: BLCM IS NO JOKE- SERIOUSLY :spinning:

Ok, why did I read your post and then decide to jump right into all 3 levels as if I'm on your timetable ! :drunk::spinning::perplexed:ohwell::rolleyes::grin :- What an awesome but crazed workout!
I'm still sore from the other days!

I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I took the first 1 back and got the one you mentioned. I'm to the point where I can do the one where you put your legs up over ur head (that sound really odd :lachen:) with very little help from my hands!

WOW- I'm very impressed, chica!!!! That move takes a lot of core strength and control What a difference exercise can make, right. I have quite a few friends who gave up too quickly on that Pilates DVD but it is amazing. When you become more confident, check out her Pilates Mix :yep:

:lachen::lachen::lachen:I know what you mean. It is an awesome workout. Those butt kicks kick mine every time too!!

I think I may order the sculpting DVD they mention on the Cardio Max, to keep my workouts going after this challenge is up. I'm just about at my weight goal, but would like to tone and define more now. :yep:

I think you will enjoy it MonaRae!! I'm telling you the body I'm building now at almost 37, after 3 children, is better than the one I had at 25!! Some of these workouts work muscles I didn't even know I had!! :lachen::lachen:

Day 59 Complete!

I've started my Callanetics Hips & Behind dvd today and I fully expect a peach bottom any day now (at least that's what the dvd promises :grin:). My starting hip measurement is 42 (yeah I know :look:) inches. With all the BFL I have not been able to get smaller hips. Nonie recommended Callanetics and the challenge is on.

I also did 20 minutes of T-Tapp's Walk Away The Inches.
