I found an excellent website for tracking your weightloss. This is ideal for accountablity. The site is free. All you have to do is register.

On this site you can:

1)Track your daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack). I plan my meals the day before so I will stay on track.

2)Count calories. A customized plan can be developed and tell you how many calories your body needs per day and how many you should consume in order to meet your weightloss goals.

3)Food search. Allows you to add foods to your meal plan for the day. You can also tag foods you eat on a regular basis for easy access. This tool allows you to look up specific foods by brand and produces the label of nutritional facts. If a food is not listed, you can recommend it

4)Create a diet profile. After inputing your personal information, the your profile is displayed. It states the amount of calories your body needs and the amount you should consume in order to meet your goal weight by a specific date.

5)Daily activity. You can track(log) your daily activity. A search feature is available to look up specific exercises. There is also a built in exercise program for you to utilize with directions and pictures of how-to's. In addition, each exercise tells you how many calories you will burn after performing that activity.

Gee, I really could go on and on! Check it out for yourself:
