I am working out, doing Firm DVD's. I have been working out since 11\07. I actually have Cathe's VHS wedding workout. It has 2 different workouts step and strength. I want to save Cathe for when I get on a plateau. I have 100+ pounds to lose. I am down 30 lbs.
