I am wanting to do a plan where I eat fruits, veggies and water throughout the week, then on Saturdays I eat what I want (meat, sweets etc.) in moderation of course. I
Weight is a big issue for me considering that I used to be a 14/16 then I had a baby went to almost a 18.....lost weight (diet and exercise...I was diciplined) got down to a 6, now I am a 10. It is scary to me cause I am climbing back up the chart. I am about to be 30 and I want to be 30 and fab, not 30 +flab. What do you guys think of this plan.

I think you're probably going to lose mostly water weight during the week and then undo all of your progress on the weekends. You'd be surprised how weekend eating can undo 5 days' worth of hard work.

Besides, why be deprived during the week. If you center your way of eating around the superfoods, you won't be hungry. Lean protein, whole grains, fruits, veggies, healthy fat, low-fat dairy, and water should make up 85-90% of your calories. Once a week incorporate an indulgence meal. One meal does not make or break your plan. Also you don't have to be deprived of treats during the week. Opt for healthier versions of your favorites. 100 Calorie Packs are a good option. Plus, check out some fitness magazines for low cal/low fat dessert recipes.

Exercise will also speed up the weight loss and help you maintain. Plus, it's good for your heart, bones, and muscles. Do cardio to burn calories and strength training to build lean muscle (which boosts your metabolism). You can even combine the two in your workouts so you're not working out for hours on end. HTH!
