I just got this book a couple weeks ago and it is wonderful, It has some great Recipes in it, It is by a Lady Name Martha Theus, who is African American, and she is a wonderful lady, I have been emailing her with questions and she just answers them. I mean her things are good!! so take a look at her site and get to know her story and sample recipes. It also has some great info as well, It isn't a huge recipe book but it can get you started as well as put ideas in for your next meal!

Queeny you are welcome, I also posted it in the Cooking & Sewing section too!!! I really like the book. But it is hard for me to find the Chic-ketts in Texas, I found some online but they sold 6 rolls for like $85.00 and you have to be home when they ship it, because it is frozen and they ship it the next day. I spend that much on hair products LOL!!!! I haven't found a store in Houston that sell vegetarian foods like that. If anybody know, please tell me LOL!!
