Anyone experience post-menstrual headaches?

If so, do you use any herbal remedies to get rid of them? I typically get them a day or two after my cycle stops. :wallbash::wallbash: I'd equate the pain to that of a mild migraine (if there is such a thing!).

You know I have this screaming headache right now!! And I just came off my cycle....:ohwell:...I've taken Excedrin but maybe it is a post menstrual headache....:perplexed...I have no idea what to take to get rid of it....CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP US OUT...:perplexed...Thanks!!
