I read in one of my favorite fitness mags that putting your fork down between bites helps you eat less and feel fuller(sp?is that a word?).
well I did that just now and it really worked. For one thing, I didn't wolf down my food and I was more aware of how full I started to feel. I also was able to savor my food and eat more slowly which has also been linked to weight loss and appetite control.
