Hello everyone

I have been oil pulling religiously for about a month now, and i am very happy to report that i have no more pimples

The problem is, my teeth aren't that much different from when i started. This makes me really sad because that is the main reason i started doing this in the first place:cry3:

For the first week i was using Grape Seed Oil, then i switched to sunflower oil. I thought the problem was because i was pulling right after waking up (before brushing) so i switched it up, and now i brush my teeth first to get em as clean as possible and then oil pull for about 20 mins.

Can anyone please tell me what i am doing wrong? Am i the only one that hasn't gotten whiter teeth from this? I use Kroger brand sunflower oil by the way :violin:
TIA

You may want to direct your question to Isis or pm her. I think you should go back to oil pulling first and then brushing, otherwise the toxins that are being pulled through the oil is not being eliminated from your mouth if you don't brush after pulling. She can elaborate more for you on this subject.
