Can someone recommend where I can get my eyebrows done.I let them grow back after the lady at the nail salon messed them up and I am ready to get them done again. I live in brooklyn and work in midtown so anywhere in that area would be fine but I am willing to travel for some nice brows..lol:lachen:

Years ago, when I was first introduced to threading, it was this lady in Bklyn. I wonder if she is still there. I would drive all the way to Bklyn for my brows... Now, threaders are every where....

There's a place on the UES that does AMAZING threading. Both browws, under 5 minutes, about $7. I believe it's called Proba or Praba...something like that.
I've been growing my brows out all semester so I can get them done there again in a few weeks.

When I lived in BK a yr and a half ago, I would go downtown, somewhere on flatbush, it was called threading gallery or something. She was awesome, show her a picture and if you have enough she would get the arch perfect

That's where I go too. It's called Pinky's Shapes and they're the only people I let near my eyebrows. They have a Buy 7, get the 8th threading free card, but I always forget mine when I go. They're really fast too.

There's a salon/barber shop on 5th and 96th in Bay Ridge. It's maybe a block past the last stop for the R train, the lady does a really good job.

Ladies, can you tell me the name or location of the one on Flatbush. That would be easier for me to get to, than the one on 39th & 6th. For now, I go to the one on Fulton Street in downtown Manhattan. Which is alright, cause I get to shop at Century 21 to see what new stuff have...love that store!...lol

Does anyone have a rec for bk? I'm tired of going to the Koreans, telling them "not too thin," and hoping for the best :look:. It could be threading or waxing, either one.

BUMPING...I'm still looking for a salon. Especially since the salon I was going to will NEVER see me again.
I prefer one in Brooklyn please.
TIA
