I found one I like and it is by Country Life. I am ordering it friday. I also wanted to know if you knew anything about hypo or hyperglacmeia(sp?). I have been having some uncontrolable shaking fits at night and I sometimes don't feel like eating and I will go with one meal a day only to eat like a pig a couple of days later. I was doing good, eating four meals a day and everything like that but this just started about a month ago. Could it be my blood sugar? Thanks again and I promise not to bother you anymore with all of these questions

Hey, Dionne!

Girrrrrrrl, you never bother me /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Seriously, I'm always glad to see a note from you.

I am very happy to hear that you found a multimineral which you like /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

What you describe could indeed be hypoglycemia...low blood sugar levels, sudden drops, too. All I can stress is that try to spread as many little meals out throughout the day as possible. Going for long hours without a little fuel can produce "the shakes" in a lot of healthy people AND with your anemia, the nightly shakes can be aggravated by that, too. It's like giving that madness more fuel to disrupt you.

Just try to keep on a regular schedule of eating little meals throughout the day AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Girl, I don't want you to type next that you have fainted. That can happen, too. Be good to yourself!!

AND...when you feel like you are wandering "off the path" in terms of regular little meals, just post and I will try to encourage you to do what you know you should /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

But, I do understand because I have been trying to pick up some weight that I lost and I have been shoveling little meals and snacks into my mouth AD NAUSEUM.

Much Love,

Jade

P.S. Wish me a Happy Birthday...it was yesterday /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
