This is the only thing that clears my blemishes (and the ones that are threatening to come) fast.

I normally use it as a mask twice a week, no more than three times and as a spot treatment when I feel a pimple coming and my pimple clears up within the next day or so.

It has a pretty high level of Benzyl Peroxide and it seems like my skin loves that way more than AHA (Alpha-hydroxy) which seems to break me out more.

I still use my AHA products (my toner, face wash, AHA Souffle etc) but only on rotation. I don't think you are supposed to use AHA or BHA (beta-hydroxy) products as the same time you use BP products. So if I use my Neutrogena mask (which I only use at night), I don't use my AHA products until the next evening. For instance, my night face cream has 3% AHA, when I use my mask, I moisturize with my Olay daytime moisturizer when doesn't have any AHA in it.

The bad about this stuff:

If you have sensitive skin, it can burn and break you out.
It makes your eyes water. :lachen:
It's not good for those who have dry skin.
If you have bad reactions to Benzoyl Peroxide, don't use it, it's the active ingredient.
It can bleach you hair. I just realized why my face towel is bleached! :lachen:

Girl, I like this stuff, too. I have some at home and may have to revamp :scratchch
