So I Bought the Sulfur for my Scalp BUT...

I used it on my face. AND IT WORKED!

Last night I was desperate before Thanksgiving and needed to dry out this breakout fast. You all just dont know! My acne has gotten worse and come back full throttle and is a force to be RECKONED WITH! I mean greasy pimples and all. I blame the braids, I dont know how I can do that, but since I got the braids I even have zits in my head! It could just be hormones because I never changed my regimen, and it had been starting to go away. I am still waiting for Accutane, but I cant be walking around ugly for the holidays!:nono:

Anyway, I bought the sulfur and had the bright idea (ive seen it in my soap and acne cream ingredients before) to put it on my face. After I gave myself a facial to relax (that funky Queen Helen Egg mud mask) and try to dry the zits out, I rinsed and washed my face with some kidna antibacterial face soap. Thats typical for me... Then I put some 10% benzoyl peroxide cream on all my zits (and there are a lot:look:)just to make sure. This is what I did different: I wet my fingers, rubbed the water all over my face... then I dipped my fingers in the sulfur powder, and rubbed it all over my cheeks (this is where I have A LOT of cysts pop up typically). I only used a LITTLE--- to check to see if my face would start burning and fall off. I waited, no adverse reactions, so I put it all over my face on all my acne and parts where my face is typically too oily. Then I PRAYED and went to sleep.

Woke up this morning...

MY WHOLE ENTIRE FACE WASNT OILY! ALL my zits were dried out and SHRANK! Save for the scars and about 3 pesky pimples that made it through the night... I almost look like how I did BEFORE I ever got acne... My skin is glowing insteadof greasy... I cant believe it... If you guys could have seen the look on my face... you would have thought it was Christmas and not Thanksgiving. But I am thankful.:drunk:

I got it at Food Town, but someone mentioned that if you go to the pharmacy looking for it you may have to go to the counter and ask for it. Mine was HUMCO Flowers of Sulfur and it came in 4 oz.

Flax seed oil will help with cyst and all bumps do a search flax seed. IT WORKS. I take in the morning on empty stomach and with each meal. Please think about it.

I wonder if I can take this while on Accutane? I should be picking up my prescription either this week or next week (HOPEFULLY), and I was already considering using this when I run out of my fish oil that I started taking (someone told me flax had better benefits). I'll look into it, thanks for the advice

I suffered with acne for many years until I found sulfur. I tried many topical aids including Accutane but the bumps kept coming. Now I use a creme called Pomada de Azufre which contains 10% sulfur and my skin stays nice and smooth..:yawn:

Oh, I glad someone else has found this secret. I've been using Sulfur 8 Light grease on my face for about 4 years and it cleared my rashes up. I've used almost everything on the market, one time or another, and it worked for a while then stopped. The last product I used, which worked quite well was Aveeno, then bam! w/out warning it stopped so my trustful of Sulfur 8 to the rescue. My routine is wash 2x per day w/Ivory and then apply Sulfur 8 and that's it.
