I've been taking some vitamins for the past 2 months and I've read that MSM might break you out....

Msm is a very powerful agent that detoxifies the body , so in the beginning u breakout but after a few weeks or months when your body is detoxified , the breakouts will stop.

I took Andrew Lessman's Healthy Hair,Skin & Nails which have MSM for 6 months and its the worst my skin has ever been. I stopped taking them a two weeks ago and my skin is already clearing up.
