11/25 ** Power Yoga** 1 hour
Walked / 2 miles **indoor track**
I'm stressed today ( yikes ) yoga took the edge off ...somewhat... http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Hope you ladies are engaging in some sort of stress reduction activities... All this 'holiday' shopping , planning etc...can / has pushed me over the top.. i was thinking the same thing after many friends have stated they're going away for the holidays this year! i'm currently utilizing my ladies days and hope to be back in the workout game tomorrow, friday & weekend.

treadmill ~ 3.5 miles ( my body is talking )
crosstrainer~2.5 miles
weight training ( 20 minutes) performed before the run today ~~ personal trainer pulled me aside / advised me to 'always' do weight tr. before cardio... I've read this somewhere ...but once I hit the gym ...time is on my mind...

11/29 Life Cycle ( biked ) 12 miles / 30 minutes
Weight training / 30 minutes / 3 sets / slow mo
