Bought a red skirt...what do I do next?

hi ladies! tia for the help. a few weeks ago I purchased a high-waisted red skirt. it's a cute skirt, but I don't know what to do w/ it. What colors can I wear it with (BTW, it a scarlet red)? Also, where would you wear it? I figured that although it falls past the knee, it would be too much for church. ...

You could wear a cute white buttondown for work/church...hmmm, let me think of what else will go with it, I'm still half-asleep! :look:

Red is hot like fiyah so I would guess sheer black stockings w/black boots, pumps or peep toes would work.

Is it a high waist pencil skirt? Tulip or A-line?
You could always top the skirt with a peplum jacket, blousy top tucked inside w/thin belt or a shell w/short/cropped jacket.

accessories: Long necklace or scarf around neck. :yawn:ok gotta go!

A white ruffled button up, black round toe pumps and a black purse.

think color scheme, red, white, black.

I would do it with a white or cream blouse. Preferably the cream just for something different.

hi! the waist part is strictured and yes, it does have buttons. 4 of them, but I may just take those off b/c I think they would clash w/ the feminine ruffled shirt.
