Has anyone seen the OutKast Video, " I like the Way you Move"? The girl standing in the Black dress. She has a slamming body. She is also in XXL.

She looked good on the AMA show. I loved her dress. She works out like 5 days a week and does lots of squats.

Girl--Okay!!!!! She has my *ss right back in the gym http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif to top it off i read in XXL Magazine online that she lives like 15 miles from me in Stone Mountain. I wish she would give a seminar on what kind of routine she followed as far as weights/cardio and also talk about her eating regimen. I would DEFINITELY pay to go http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif She gives us shorter girls something to strive for http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Down with the tall leggy chicks!!! heheheh j/k http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

She is very in shape just curvy. Most of her weight is in her butt. Her stomach is flat just not cut up.

I specifically showed my bf that video and he was like http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif But she is in very good shape and she is definately motivation to get my behind back to working out, either her or the fact that i can't fit my jeans anymore http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/rofl.gif

Y'all-she has been my inspiration for a minute...Her body is incredible--although (sorry) I don't believe for a minute that she is 135...THAT SAID, her body has been my motivation for the past month and a half--keeping me in the gym with squats and lunges! Another thing--I'd place her age around 35? Lots of motivation for me to make working out my life goal--all the beautiful women in our country are 30+, e.g., Halle, Jada, Vivica, JLO, like my dada says beauty truly begins after 30...

That girl is slammin! I believe the 135lbs. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Hey, Carrie. I haven't seen you for a while. How is the training going? I am thinking of doing a marathon next year. I was toying with the idea while jogging today. Puffy has motivated me to try a marathon after his success.

Hey Lady!
Training is well. Just finished a show last week. Took 11th in my class. Up from 14th last year. Did really well in the physique round, got killed in the routine though... Still staying busy. Gonna enjoy the holidays. Not eat too much though (Yeah, OK!) Trying some new stuff in addition to the lifting. Taking some dance classes. Gonna start back to teaching aerobics too.

I personally think she looks like a horse from the waist down, I mean she has muscle I'll give her that but I wouldn't want that much of it and no I'm not some tal skinny legged chick either, my legs are almost as big as hers. I just don't think she looks feminine.

Okay...this is funny. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I haven't seen the video and aside from seeing her in the pics I posted above, I am laughing trying to picture her with a lower body of a horse.

Katie I agree. I favor the classical hourglass figure. KiToy is thick and firm, but her thighs are just way too big.

she represents for the pear women of the world. I think she looks good. Ain't nothing wrong with big legs. Sh emotivates me because you often don't see women with thick legs, it's often discourgae for pear shape women to work on their legs like that.
