I really don't care for Dr. Phil's approach to things.

I saw the show the other day...Group one has lost 35.5 pounds on average and group 2 has lost 31 pounds per average.

Those people have SERIOUS issues!

Hm. I would watch Dr. Phil to get a good laugh. When I was "large and in charge," I would listen to him yell at people: "You are FAT! YOU'RE LAZY! YOU NEED TO GET OUT THERE AND SET A SPECIFIC GOAL FOR YOURSELF! FOLLOW IT! PRAY ON IT! BELIEVE IN IT"

The scare tactic works on some people... it even kinda worked for me, because everytime i saw him on TV, i wanted to run to the tv, turn it off, and go out running. I got tired of hearing his mouth.

If you believe in yourself, you won't need Dr. Phil or anybody to push you. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
