So, if I add one of those packets to my water like lemonaide or green tea to go, does it still count as drinking water. Haha, this is probably a dumb question. It's just easier for me to drink the water if it has some kind of flavor to it.

Yes, that does count. I just don't like artificial sweeteners (even Stevia) so I prefer using a few drops of 100% apple juice instead - just enough to change the color of my water to give it some flavor. It doesn't have to become sweet; just different. I've done this for so long that I cannot drink neat apple juice. I find it overly sweet.

I've wondered about that too....the water with those packets tastes sooo good I feel like I am cheating.
