Yep, I just started last month and I've noticed this. I'm shedding a lot of hair too.

Yep. Mine is virtually gone. I took a break from it for a couple of months and it went back to normal.

This happened to me when I started taking Yasmin. Low libido AND na-na dryness. I leave it up to all of you to figure out what a "na-na" is. It got so bad it was causing problems in my relationship. I switched to Loestrin 24 about 3 months ago and it's like night and day. Maybe trying another pill will help -- hormones affect all of us differently so going from a lo dose to higher dose or tri phase to no phase pill might back all the difference.

You need to change pills, pronto.
There are many many many different types of pills on the market, beyond the "cool" ones that are shown on tv, and they have different types of hormones. I've been on the same BC off and on for almost 7 years, and I've never had a lose of sex drive or gained any weight or any of the other crazy side effects of BC.
Go to the doc ASAP and get a trial of a new type. Most likely that will help with the side effects.

LOL I was just about to say make sure to use backup if u are switching pills because its just like going on them for the first time, your body has to adjust to them before they start working. The Doc will always tell u a month, but the pamplets that come with the pills say 7 days. I guess the month is just to be sure!
but to answer the OPs question, it happened to me and it happens to a lot of women....

I'm taking Yaz. For the first few weeks, I was extremely emotional. I had to call my doctor about it. I have been spotting a lot and I think I am losing hair. I just noticed the hair loss.

I'm glad I'm not alone....my whooo-haha is the sahara and its so embarassing. We can't even be spontaneous!!! Plus, I just don't really have a desire to do the electric horizontal booty slide w/ my honey these days. I've been on this pill (estrostep-fe) for 6 months and in the last 3 months I've noticed my decreased sex drive. This sucks
Off to call the doctor......................................
