WOOT WOOT :yay: Yes ladies another week down and a new one has began.

Day 58 Completed with a 2 mile run and upper body workout. Have a great week. :wave:

Yipee!! Week 9!! Day 58 Upper body workout completed and a 33 minute 3 mile run!! :drunk:

I felt a little discouraged over the weekend about my stomach. Ugh. I feel like I am working so hard, and it just isn't shrinking. I realize I am going to have to keep working even after the challenge is over, and I have had 3 c-sections so it may be even harder. I am definitely not giving up, just a little discouraged. :rolleyes:

*If this doesn't work, tummy tuck here I come. :lachen::look:

HEy ladies!

Checkin in for day 58! Upper body done. I kinda slacked off this weekend, but I did a lot of walking, but just couldn't get my lazy self to the gym.

I just got back from Vegas earlier this evening. I will do upper body tomorrow along with cardio.

Upper Body Workout with 30 minutes of cardio (I actually ran 1/2 mile :grin:).

I want to know what your six meals look like...I am loosely following BFL but I need to tweak it a little more to fit me just right.

Day 58 Cardio Complete

You are right. 57 was upper body and 58 is cardio.
Day 58 Cardio complete. 20 minute run using HIIT :drunk:

This is what I usually do:
Meal 1: Oatmeal with blueberries and a slice of whole wheat toast.
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Large salad w/chicken, cucumbers, carrots, red and yellow peppers. Or I will have a veggie burger or turkey sandwich. If I have the sandwich or burger, I usually eat baby carrots and some fruit too.
Meal 4: Protein Bar or almonds and a piece of fruit
Meal 5: Dinner (Usually chicken or fish)
Meal 6: Apple and Peanut butter or another shake. It depends on what I had for dinner.

I try to have water with every meal. Even the shakes. :drunk:

I didn't complete any cardio today. My body would not let me get out of bed this morning. That's okay, I'll be back at it again tomorrow. I gotta listen to my body. :yep:

Meal 1: granola w/ soy milk and fruit
Meal 2: fruit w/ nuts
Meal 3: whole wheat veggie delite from subway, or vegan soup, veggie burger in ezekial wrap
Meal 4: fruit w/ nuts
Meal 5: Fruit smoothie w/ whey protein or nuts, or veggie burger or veggie stir fry w/ brown rice
Meal 6: fresh fruit and veggie juice, or dates.

I havent' done my cardio yet, but I'm gonn ado it when I get home tonight.

Thanks ladies...these menus sound yummy

I see that some of you aren't getting protein at every meal...isn't that the premise of the BFL plan? Protein with every meal?
