I found this website and started this program a few weeks ago. I have put it on hold b/c I don't have the time or the discipline to devote to it right now. I plan to go back to it eventually.

I started it yesterday. I started my morning off by doing the course, thats when I can focus before the kids get up. The food discipline is a hard one your right:yep: For me I am a huge emotional eater which I have to break so I've been praying or doing something else to make me feel good when I need that little pick me up.

Ok, who's still doing this. I got all the way to day 5 and stopped. I'm starting back tomorrow. I need an accountability partner.
