Chemical Breakdown Diet?

Has anyone done the 3-day Chemical Breakdown Diet? Have you had any success with it? I know this isn't anything new...I remember my dad had a copy waaaaaaay back in the day. For some reason, however, I can't find any reviews or before and afters.:ohwell:

What's involved?

It looks like it's just a low calorie diet. It doesn't really seem like anything much, but it's supposed to be the diet given to obese patients right before surgery. I guess the the combination of foods eaten are what causes the weight loss. You stay on the diet for 3 days at a time and you are supposed to lose as much as 10 lbs. Each time you do it. It sounds too good to be true but I figure it's only 3 days...what have i got to lose right?

I tried it and did not last past day 2!

oh I think I tried that one and I did not lose 10 pounds in 3 days. Its sure it was somewhere between 2 - 5 pounds.
