Hey Ladies!! We are at week 8!! Only 4 more weeks to go!!
Day 50 Lower body workout complete!! I also did a 30 min ab DVD, and 20 mins on the treadmill. :yep: Let's Go Ladies!!:weird:

Day 50 lower body workout complete. I did not have time to get in a little cardio this morning before coming into work.

Morning!
Woo hoo 4 more weeks! Should we update our measurements? I already took mine, so I'll post them in a minute.
Checkin in for last week's upper and cardio, and this morning I did about 15 minutes of cardio on top of the lower body workout. It wasn't as bad as it was a couple weeks ago, so I think I'll probably up the reps again. Home stretch ladies!
Measurements:
Bust 35
waist 27
hips 39.5
weight: 140.5
height 5'6"
week 4
Bust 33
waist:26.5
hips:38.5
weight:134.5
height 5'6"
NOW
Bust: 33(at least it's not going down)
Waist: 26 (YES!)
Hips: 38(maybe alittle less, b/c I measured with pants on)
weight: 132.5 (my goal weight)
heigh: 5'6" (no change, lol)
So not a ton of inches or even pounds lost, but really I'm at my goal weight, and now that I've got my 26" waist I don't want to lose much more, if any. Now again I didn't measure my arms or legs, but I can say with certainty that I've lost some major inches off of my arms which were always a problem spot for me, and my thighs and calves. They look slender and toned. In terms of size I've dropped from a solid 8 or 10 (in express jeans) to a 4! So those inches add up. Keep up the good work ladies!

:yep: Day 51 complete with 2 mile run and lower body workout. I had to take a few days off (Sat-Mon) because my body is on overload. I had to listen to my body too before I collapsed. I'm back on the horse though.
Blackbuttafly, your results are amazing! WOW :yay: WTG girl. I didn't take measurments but I know I have lost inches because all of my clothes fit looser. I can comfortably get into pants that were tight before. My body is tony up nicely too. But darnit, I want to see the scale move already. :lol: Still at 138. I've been there since the end of the 1st month.
Oh, is it just me or is anyone else hungry as all get out since we upped our workouts. I've been RAVENOUS! Eating all kinds of bad foods that I don't normally eat. It's like I have to eat SOMETHING!

Thanks for the support ladies! I'm excited too! I feel like finally my physical matches my inside, and that is a loooonnnngg time coming.
Anywho, I know exactly what you mean Army QT. I used to only bring fruit to snack on during the day now if I don't have nuts to supplement I am eating everything in sight come lunch time.:lick::chocbunny:I think it's a good sign though. Our metabolisms are probably speeding up, so we're burning more calories, and that's always a good thing.
Oh yeah... and I'm checking in for cardio( I don't remember what day we're on :look:)

Day 51 Cardio complete!! Ran 3.5 miles!! I have a goal to be able to run 4 to 5 miles by the end of the challenge. :yep:

I have lost 6 pounds so far and 1 and 1/2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and about 1/2 inch off my chest. :drunk: I am really working on my stomach though. That is what I want to change the most. I wish it would just shrink already!!
Yes, ArmyQT, I have been so hungry sometimes. I try to make good choices with fruit and veggies, but sometimes I just grab anything!! :blush:

MOM23 good goals and congrats on your mileage :up: Feels good doesn't it. BTW how many of us are left on this challenge? Like 5? :lachen: Where are my sexy BFL ladies. Ladies, if you're lurking, it's ok we still love you. And it's not to late to get back in. I'm sure you've made some progress and that's great. Come on back. We love you :kiss:
Oh BTW ladies, I think my cravings were due to PMS. :rolleyes: BUT they were more so than regular. I do think it has to do with our metabolisms speeding up too though. :yep: See you guys tomorrow. :grin:

I did not exercise yesterday b/c i had major cramps but I doubled up today!
Day 50 and 51- Lower body and cardio (60 mins) completed!!!!!:grin::grin:

Armyqt, I don't know what happened to the rest of the bfler's, but we're still here, and going strong!
Checkin in for upper body day 52! I didn't get any cardio in b/c I was running late. I'm going to try to run tomorrow; I haven't in a while.

Checking in for day 52!! Upper body workout complete. I also did my ab workout, but no cardio today. After all of that I couldn't do another thing!! I increased the weight on some of my moves. :drunk:

Hey ladies, last weeks travel put me on my butt. I did walk 4.5 miles on sunday. didn't do much monday and traveled tuesday to ATL. I was so tired I was sleep around 8, but I did make up for it this morning and did upper, lower and cardio.
