There are a couple of parts, but this is the first one, you can navigate through the rest.

I made a raw food hot cocoa tonight with my vitamix...

Ingredient:
1/4 cup of Cashews
1 1/2 cup of Water
2 Dates
1 tablespoon of Raw honey
2 tablespoons of Cacao Nibs

I vitamixed it for about 3 minutes and it was steamy and delicious :lick:

No but I did watch the Urine Therapy video...The main lady on there was....different:look:...she drank her urine from a brown mason jar:rolleyes:

nuthin wrong with urine therapy... but she seemed to fit every hippy sterotype from where I used to live:lachen:

I did see the interview that Shazzie made reference to...it was sort of a debate between her and a nutritionist...

Shazzie was right... the nutritionist did look chunky...

I thought it was mean when the news anchor and nutritionist laughed out loud at Shazzie:nono: because she said that eating Raw food made you feel "Loved"
