View Full Version : a.m & p.m workouts?
has anyone done both a workout in the morning and in the evening? I've heard bodybuilders do it? I was wondering what type of results I would get doing an additional workout in the p.m 2 days a week. Already I work out 5 days a week w/2 rest days. I 'm thinking that 2 extra cardio workouts added in will melt the fat even faster! Thoughts?

I do AM/PM workouts when I am trying to lean out. The extra cardio will only help!

I have to go to school at 8:00 every morning but I wake up and do a 30 mintue yoga session. At night I usually do another yoga session if I don't go to the gym after school. Sometime I use this tape called am and pm yoga. I forget who it is by but I will get back to you.
Carrie, I'm getting so much stronger using the firm! Thanks for all your encouragement. I love to feel the "burn" now and increase my weights when it starts to get too easy. Do you think the extra cardio will help my abs come in!!! (got my fingers crossed, hope you'll say yes) Also what do you mean specifically by "lean out"?

Caramela - if the diet is right, the extra cardio will certainly help the abs. When I say lean out, I mean lose weight (fat).
