YES

I have done it, I am doing it, it works:grin:. Mine only works in conjunction with positive affirmations and subliminal tapes...sounds crazy :spinning:but it works for ME

I use Steven Gurgevich for hypnosis but I think just about any will do. I have tons of subliminal and affirmation tapes (I also did tons of research and I found that they are safe for ME to use). I play them as much as possible. I didn't notice any solid results with the hypnosis until I used it in conjunction with the subliminal and affirmation work.

I know that it has a ton to do with reprogramming your mind and reinforcing positive beliefs. These tools have helped me to eliminate negative limiting beliefs about myself and my body!

I am truly grateful for discovering it and I look forward to many positive changes in the future.

DISCLAIMER: I know that in the end everything ain't for everybody, so if you are open...give it a try... and ultimately do what works best for you ;)

:clap: THANK YOU!! Its soo good to see a 'real person' who's had success with this stuff. I mean, with all the diets out there everyone is so convincing. Its hard to tell what is real or not. So are the 'subliminal and affirmation' tools from another company? DVD's, CD's or other?

I ran into the Steven Gurgevich CD at the healthfood store. I picked it up and used it for months and the success only seemed to last a couple of days at best:ohwell:. I did more research and somehow ran into articles about subliminal messages. I read them and did tons of research to make sure that it was okay and that I wouldn't be convinced to "kill my husband" or something:lachen:

I finally found a few on Amazon that I liked and I purchased them.

You get the most bang for your buck by purchasing Slimforever (http://www.amazon.com/Slim-Forever-Women-Subliminal-Self/dp/0739308939/ref=pd_bbs_7/102-5214983-8624158?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1192141585&sr=8-7)by Kelly Howell. It has the Hypnosis + subliminal... and track three and four are like verbal affirmations. It is great the only drawback is that some of her affirmations are not written in a positive tone...she talks about hunger

I started a subliminal thread (http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=155325) a couple weeks ago but this is the best I have felt about food and my body in a long long time...Being consistent and putting in the effort also helps...it isn't a cure all... but it definitely helps...I have tried EFT and had similar temporary results, but by consistently using Subliminals, Affirmations, and Hypnosis I think I have improved tremendously:grin:

I am pretty sure because listening to CD's is more passive than anything and I prefer this approach because it tends to be the easiest, and I am more likely to be consistent.

I feel like it is a very holistic approach...reshape the mind w/hypnosis, subliminals, & affirmations...and reshape the body with delicious healthy food and energizing exercise:grin:

:woot:I'm exited!! I'm leaning toward Neuro-Vision, but I'm gonna do some research on the site you suggested, Trim. What kind of results are you seeing from the program? Lower appetite, increased excercise, healthier food choices? How long have you been on the program?

All of the above...I eat much cleaner, I eat what is appropriate to help me maintain my ideal weight, and I love feeding my body healthy live nutritious foods:lick:

I have not missed a day of exercise since I have been using the CDs consistently, I think that is about a month.

I love to exercise...I always have...and I love to eat healthy foods all of the time now.

It has a lot to do with Law of Attraction as well...what we focus on we bring into our lives...I have been positively focused on health and wellbeing and I have brought it into my life :)

In the past it was about will power...now I don't feel that it is...I feel like I am giving my body a gift of health.

It is not about losing weight by any means necessary anymore...this is so healthy for me, especially considering my past issues with food and body.
