Do you have recommendations of a good professional who does eyebrows ? I live in Laurel and work in DC so anywhere in between is great.

excuse the typo in the title, I don't know how to fix it either.

I have never had anyone do my eyebrows but a quick search showed highlighted two salons:

Skin Savvy Spa Express (http://www.skinsavvyspa.com/) @ Dupont Circle Media Release from October 2004:
http://www.skinsavvyspa.com/pdf/100304.pdfOkyo Salon (http://www.okyosalon.com/index.php) in Georgetown(?)
Accolade:
WASHINGTON POST EXPRESS - "Best eyebrow threading in DC" - September 2006
Those are threading places, but just because they're in the lights doesn't necessarily mean they're the best. I couldn't find examples of their work so... *shrug*

Here's an old article from Washington Post that mentions yet another 2 salons:

HTH ...until someone with actual experience shows up.

Fun Washington Post article, Nonie!

I'm glad I recently found a FAB lady in Queens that does my brows every couple weeks... they look so good! :D

Thanks for the responses ladies. I really need a good place because when I try those little Korean shops that don't do the best job and it seems like I have to tweeze again by the next day.

I Would like to know too....I am hardly satisfied with them either...everytime I ask for them not to take off too much & only clean them up...they end up thin :perplexed
