Eye mask

Hey ladies,
Does anyone wear an eye mask while sleeping? I have been noticing my eye area has been looking a little stressed and I was wonder if anyone wears a mask and if it is effective and how so.

I don't. Do u mean the gel mask or one to block out the sun? I'll try it out w/u if u want.
