How to get white nail tips

Since I was a child I always wanted hard white tipped nails. My mother had the longest strongest nail I've ever seen. But my nails were weak, brittle, and would not grow.

When I was about 18, I read somewhere that breaking a Vit E capsule over the nails would make the tips white. So I started to do that and within a week they were very white.

Today is spa day for me so these nails will be cut but I wanted to show you that the Vit E capsules does work.

Since forever, I've ALWAYS had very brittle weak nails, and I've tried every nail product on the market.
Do you also take vitamins ? Or do you attribute your nail health to externally applying the vitamin # gel cap ?

I don't take vits. I just break the capsule every night.

My older sister has the most beautiful fingernails and toenails I've ever seen. She's always done them herself and she has the healthy white tips. I on the other hand spend lots of money at the spa/salon to get gel and white tips put on my nails. They always look beautiful but I wish I had it naturally. I will have to try the Vitamin E. :yep:

I think the vit e capsule is thicker than the oil. You could try the oil and see. I not sure about that.

I use Equate Dry Skin Cream equal to Eucerin Moisturizing Cream

I'm big on pictures. DH and I were taking a long drive last week in the country and I had him stop several times so I could take pictures of different farms, landscaping and farm house. Ow and a pond.:grin:
