Someone had emailed be about Beyonce's makeup in this picture. I deleted the message by accident so hopefully they will see this.
For the lips: Chanel's giggle glossimer is pretty much EXACT. For a cheaper version Revlon Super Lustrous lipgloss in Nude lustre is a close match, they also have others similar shades in that Revlon formula.
Brows: Her eyebrows are enhanced with brow powder rather than a pencil, that's what gives the defined, but natural finish. Another option is a gel-power like Benefit's Brow Zings or simply use a dark brown eyeshadow (half a shade lighter than your brows) and a brow brush to just wedge some color into your brows and finish with clear mascara or brown gel to help them keep their shape.
Blush: Hers is a very well blended, nearly invisible tawny pink. It's not a hard shade to find in the drug store. Off hand it reminds me of MAC's pinch o' peach or Bobbi Brown's tawny. A similar effect can be replicated using one of L'oreal's tawny-mauve/pink blushes.
Eyes: Soft black eyeliner from the inner corner of the top lash line carried out and flicked upwards at the ends (with a very thin line). I would probably use a gel liner for this because it's easier to flick the ends up without having a hard line. Bobbi Brown and MAC's gel liner's and liners are good. Cheaper alternative would be a creamy eye pencil sharpend thinly. After you line your eyes I would run over the areas with a q-tip just to soften it a little as in Bey's pictures or use a lighter touch as you near the end of your lash line so the curve upward doesn't have a super dark, heavy look.
Her lower lash line is keep clean of any dark colors and instead they used a turquoise/teal color. You can replicate it using a teal liner like MAC's kohl liner in minted or just pick up a regular eyeshadow and use a wet eyelining brush to gently sweep the color along your lower lash line. Make sure it's a good quality eyeshadow with a smooth consistency, otherwise it will be chalky and won't blend with the damp brush.
Her overall makeup in this pictures is a very well blended, softened finish. You don't want any hard lines or garish colors. Make sure to blend, blend, blend!
