Which EFA is best?

Hey ladies just trying to find out which essential fatty acid supplement is best. I've taken an Omega 3-6-9 in the past as well as Flaxseed Oil. But i don't totally notice a difference. Sometimes i think i should try Fish Oil. So ladies...which one do you feel is best and why? TIA

I take the combination of FishFlaxBorage and it's great for my skin and health. I have to take 3 softgels a day to get results.

Nordic Naturals EFA's...their whole line of fish oils actually..I will not buy any other brand...

No fishy smell and most importantly no fishy after taste/burp after you take them!
